Welcome to Violet Moon. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services and Products

Violet Moon offers a range of services and products, including, but not limited to:

  • Reiki sessions and consultations

  • Workshops and courses

  • Products such as orgone pyramids, aura sprays, essential oils, and other spiritual or wellness items

All services are provided for personal, non-medical purposes, and all products are intended for personal use only.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Services can be booked via our website, email, or in-person.

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or in-person at the time of the service. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • Full payment is required to confirm bookings unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

  • Product purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session incur no charge.

  • Cancellations made 12–24 hours before a session incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before a session incur a 100% charge.

  • If you are unwell, you may reschedule your session without charge provided you notify us as soon as possible.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for services already delivered.

  • Refunds for products may be offered only in the event of a defect or damage, at the discretion of Violet Moon, and within 7 days of purchase.

  • Products such as aura sprays or essential oils cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

5. Health and Safety

  • Violet Moon services and products are not a substitute for medical treatment.

  • By attending sessions or using products, you confirm you are physically and mentally able to participate and are not allergic to any product ingredients.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any conditions or allergies that may affect your ability to safely participate in a session or use a product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and materials provided by Violet Moon, including images, text, and symbols, are the property of Violet Moon and protected under copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violet Moon is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services or products.

  • You accept that participation in sessions and use of products is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

9. Online Transactions

  • Violet Moon uses reasonable precautions to protect your personal and payment information.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment providers.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

  • Any disputes arising will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Violet Moon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
