At Violet Moon, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our practices regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations in accordance with New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
1. Services Refunds
Violet Moon provides services such as Reiki sessions, consultations, and workshops.

No Refund for Completed Services: Refunds are not available once a session or service has been delivered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a scheduled session: no charge.

Cancellations 12–24 hours before a session: 50% charge applies.

No-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before a session: 100% charge.

If you are unwell, you may reschedule your session without charge if you notify us promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds or credits may be offered at Violet Moon’s discretion for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness preventing attendance) and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Products Refunds
Violet Moon offers products including orgone pyramids, aura sprays, essential oils, and other wellness items.

Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 daysof receipt for a full refund or replacement. Proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage may be requested.

Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are generally not available due to the nature of our products. Exceptions may be made at Violet Moon’s discretion.

Hygiene Considerations: Products such as aura sprays and essential oils cannot be returned once opened for safety and hygiene reasons, unless defective.
3. Online Purchases

Refunds for online orders will be processed back to the original payment method.

Shipping or delivery costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise agreed.
4. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand law.

All products and services must comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act, meaning they should be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

If a product or service fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
